Client-Centered Model

Himle Horner’s business model is based on service to clients. The agency is built on three key principles:

  1. Providing counsel and services in our areas of expertise.
  2. Working with clients we respect.
  3. Achieving business profitability.

Here’s what this business model means to clients:

  • We have intentionally limited the Himle Horner staff to approximately 20 people, most of whom bring a rich background of other experiences to the firm. This staff size offers clients enough depth of professional talent to assist with program implementation.  Himle Horner does not, however, have to constantly create and sell expensive tactical programs in order to keep a large staff busy.

  • Our service-niche is centered on developing client strategy and serving as a trusted counselor and advisor. Himle Horner doesn’t try to “be all things to all people” – we limit our services to our strengths and staff expertise.

  • The senior members of Himle Horner are able to serve as the lead counselor and strategist to clients and spend very little time pitching new business. Most of our clients are referred to Himle Horner – we incur very low overhead in marketing the firm and obtaining new business.

  • Finally, Himle Horner can be selective about the clients we serve. When we accept an engagement, the client can be assured that we share their passion and are excited about the business relationship. Also, because of the quality of our clients, we spend little time dealing with collection problems and the hidden expense of write-offs.
