Passionate Advocate – Dispassionate Advisor

Public relations has a reputation, especially among the news media, of acting as mindless advocates that merely “pitch and spin” whatever they are paid to promote. While Himle Horner is not bashful about providing passionate advocacy on behalf of our clients, we pro-actively deliver dispassionate advice and counsel. Our clients can be assured they will receive candid and unfettered advice that is offered in the best interests of the client. In fact, the Himle Horner employee manual specifically directs employees to “Provide counsel to clients that is based on your best judgement, even if the counsel may adversely affect a client’s decision to continue its relationship with Himle Horner.”

Senior-Level Client Service

All Himle Horner accounts are managed by senior staff. We don’t “sell from the top and service from the bottom.” A senior member of the Himle Horner team is the day-to-day liaison with the client, directs strategy and is accountable for managing the client’s budget and meeting the goals agreed to by the client and Himle Horner. Other Himle Horner professionals assist in program implementation and to manage tactical work at the appropriate skill and fee level.
